The SW200 Removable tape is designed for applications where an ultra-low removable pressure sensitive adhesive is required. This self-wound tapes serves as a protective film when used as a post-mask in die-cut operations to facilitate waste removal from a substrate. It features a polyester film thickness of 0.002″ and an adhesive thickness of 0.00025″, ±0.00005″. The tape is available in widths up to 54″. Properties include peel strength of 4-8 oz./in. of width, breaking strength of 40 lbs./in./width, and an elongation at break of 100%.
